A return to the PhaseRot series this time, and we also have a new component, a second phase rotation system aimed at dealing with harmonics.
The best design was 0.360695% from HaloJones of the Genome Collective.
It's back to the Phase Rotation (aka PhaseRot) series now, with PhaseRotD. This is a return to the longer decay channel of the PhaseRot system, but with a significantly longer phase rotation system, 60 cells in comparison to the 20-40 of PhaseRotB. In addition, there is a second, 20-cell phase rotation system to deal with harmonic particles.
The search space is in the 101509 range with 503 parameters. The lattice showed a three-stage growth pattern, decreasing in severity.
This is the 'best' design as recreated in v4.45. The original simulation length as recorded was 6 minutes 50 seconds.
