Best Designs - PhaseRotEb1

PhaseRotEb1 is a simplified PhseRotEb6, and tried to not only cut down on the number of variables, but the number of blocks.

The best design was 3.355024% by Team Atomic Milkshake at ArsTechnica's GOD

It was starting to become a little desperate. The new methods of blocking mean that length and complexity go up, even as variable count goes down, so results are slower to come. Yield had also dropped with the move to blocks of 6, so we've got to bring that back up. The result, was to take Eb6, and instead of 'each block is 1/6', make it so there is only ONE block, and work the yield up from there.

The search space is in the 10153 range with 51 parameters. The lattice showed a single-stage growth pattern.

This is the 'best' design as recreated in v4.45. The original simulation length as recorded was 13 minutes 17 seconds.
