Best Designs - PhaseRotLinac1

A new lattice design family now, as we start with PhaseRotLinac1, a combination of PhaseRotEb1a and ChicaneLinacB

The best design was 6.977837% by the user Schauf. This is the first time a user without a team membership had the best design.

One of the methods for increasing the yield used by the client is to combine elements from two different designs. It was time to apply that to the lattices themselves. So the front end of PhaseRotEb1a, was mated with the back half of ChicaneLinacB, to form PhaseRotLinac1, and with an impressive yield we entered 2008 with a bang.

The search space is in the 10165 range with 55 parameters. The lattice showed a single-stage growth pattern.

This is the 'best' design as recreated in v4.45. The original simulation length as recorded was 41 minutes 5 seconds.
